Q: What is the relationship between ZDS and B2 Performance?

B2 Performance was founded in 2006 as a digital marketing agency in Germany. In 2022, the Zander Group — a leading German plumbing, heating and electrical wholesaler — invested and ZDS was born as B2B brand. B2 Performance remains active in B2C. Same team, same quality.

Q: Why do you have offices in both Barcelona AND Germany?

We were born in Germany and grew in Barcelona. Two offices allow us to understand DACH and Mediterranean markets from the inside, with native teams in each language and business culture. It is a real competitive advantage over agencies operating in a single market.

Q: What differentiates you from other digital marketing agencies?

Three things: 1) Proprietary technology — AI Visibility Tracker, ETIM Classifier, n8n automations. We do not resell third-party tools. 2) We test everything within the Zander Group first. 3) 98% retention, with clients who have been with us for 12+ years.

Q: Do you only work with large companies?

No. We work with companies of all sizes. Our sweet spot is mid-size and large companies with complex international digital challenges, but we also support ambitious startups and SMEs looking to scale.

We started as an SEO agency in Germany. Today we are a team of 16 specialists in Barcelona, with an additional team in Herdecke (Germany), combining digital marketing, proprietary technology and artificial intelligence.

2006

Founded as B2 Performance

Andreas Berth and Lars Biewald found B2 Performance GmbH in Witten, Germany. Initial focus: SEO and online marketing for the DACH market.

2013

Expansion to Barcelona

Manuel Riveiro and Olesya Franiel open the Barcelona office. International team, clients in 20+ countries, services in 14+ languages.

2022

Zander Group invests

Zandergruppe, German leader in plumbing, heating and electrical distribution, acquires a stake. ZDS is born as B2B brand.
